Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the VKConversions website and to any video production or paid advertising services we provide. By using our website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. Specific project details are confirmed separately by email or proposal.

1. Who we are

VKConversions provides video production, short-form content, animation and paid advertising services on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Our website is available at vkconversions.com. For questions about these terms, contact us at karl@vkconversions.com.

2. Use of this website

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overload it
• Copy, resell or reproduce the content, tools or design of this website without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems

The free calculators and checklists on this website are provided as informational tools. Results are estimates for orientation only, not financial or professional advice, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on them.

3. Our services

Video production and paid advertising services are agreed separately per project, based on the packages and pricing published on our services page or a custom quote we send you. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins. Where a written proposal and these Terms & Conditions conflict, the written proposal takes priority for that project.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Monthly packages are billed in advance and renew each month until cancelled
• One-off projects (such as the ad account audit) are invoiced according to the agreed schedule, typically with an upfront deposit
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless a different term is agreed
• Advertising media spend (what you pay directly to Meta or Google) is separate from our service fee and is not included in our pricing

We reserve the right to pause work on overdue invoices until payment is received.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time with written notice; the current billing period is not refunded, and the package continues until the end of that period. Work already completed on one-off projects is not refundable. If we are unable to deliver a service as agreed, we will discuss a fair resolution with you, which may include a partial refund or credit, evaluated case by case.

6. Advertising account access

Where a project requires access to your advertising accounts, pages, pixels or analytics, you remain the owner of those accounts and any associated data. We use access only to provide the agreed service and this access can be revoked by you at any time. We are not responsible for the policies, pricing, outages or actions of third-party platforms such as Meta or Google.

7. No guaranteed results

Video and advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular ROAS, conversion rate or revenue figure. We commit to applying our expertise and reporting honestly on performance.

8. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, final deliverables (such as edited videos or campaign assets we create for you) become yours to use. We may retain project files, drafts and working materials, and may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. The VKConversions website, brand and any tools we build (including our free calculators) remain our property.

9. Confidentiality

We treat business and campaign information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VKConversions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend, arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project in the preceding three months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Material changes affecting an active project will be communicated to you directly.

12. Governing law

We aim to resolve any disagreement through direct communication first. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, these Terms & Conditions and any agreement with VKConversions are governed by Dutch law, and disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
